FrankenOwl Card

Happy Wednesday! We are halfway thru the week...woo hoo! I am getting ready to head off to a crafting retreat on Friday.

FrankenOwl Card

This little guy is so cute...I had to CASE if from LeeAnn Greff. I made it into a Halloween card for my workshop.

For the Punch Art Owl:
  • Owl Builder - Bermuda Bay body, Black ears/mask and buttons. For the feet I used a black sharpie and colored them in. Tangerine Tango for the belly, Crushed Curry eyes in two sizes. Sharp scissors were used to cut notches in the mask.
  • Petite Pennants Builder for beak
  • Spiral Border punch - Frankenstein bolts in Smoky Slate
  • Wings - 1 1/4" scallop circle.  They were trimmed into a curved shape with scissors
  • Circle Thinlet for the moon, sponged edges with Tangerine Tango ink and the Scallop Circle punch to frame FrankenOwl.
  • Motley Monsters woodgrain designer paper for the card.
TIP: When working with a variety of punches and pieces of punched shapes it important to have sharp scissors, a paper piercer and lots of patience:o).

Hope you enjoy...thanks for stopping by!
