Happy Birthday Card

You can never have too many birthday cards so I wanted to share with you this card that I CASED from Wendy Cranford using the #137363 Hello You Thinlet Dies. I love this playful font...just looking at it makes you happy! And it can be duplicated by using all of Stampin' Up's color combinations. My favs are the brights!

For the balloon you will need the #119861 1 1/4" circle punch along with the small heart from the #118074 owl punch to create the bottom of the balloon.
